Why Become a NIBRAS Mentor?
NIBRAS's mentorship program connects international students preparing for, or currently navigating, higher education abroad with professionals and alumni who have already made that journey.
As a mentor, you choose your own availability. There's no minimum time commitment — one call a month makes a real difference. Many of our most impactful mentors give just two hours per month.

Who Can Become a Mentor?
- International professional currently working or studying abroad
- Completed at least one degree at a university abroad
- Available for at least 1–2 virtual sessions per month (30–60 min each)
- Committed to being responsive and supportive to your assigned mentee
- No specific field required — we welcome mentors from all disciplines
